• We do not store any messages or files transmitted
• We cannot access, read, or recover your encrypted conversations or transferred files
• Users are responsible for saving any important information shared, as we maintain no record of these communications

5.1.2 Unencrypted Message Mode

Our service also offers an unencrypted message mode. When using this mode:

• Messages are secured by TLS/SSL protocol during transit, but are not end-to-end encrypted
• We store these messages on our servers in an encrypted format
• We have the technical ability to access and read these stored messages
• Messages are retained to enable chat history within rooms
• By using unencrypted message mode, you acknowledge and consent to the storage of your messages on our systems
• Users should exercise caution and not share sensitive information when using unencrypted message mode

5.2 Data Collection

We collect minimal data necessary to operate our service, including:

6. Third-Party Services and AI Assistant

• The AI assistant does not replace human judgment or expertise
• By using the AI assistant feature, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with sharing information with a third-party service

7. No User Accounts and Room Management

Our service does not require user registration or login. This means:

• We do not store user credentials
• Access to chat rooms is controlled by room name and password
• You are responsible for managing and sharing room access information
• Lost room access information cannot be recovered

7.1 Room Deletion

We reserve the right to delete chat rooms at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:

• Rooms that have been inactive for an extended period
• Rooms suspected of violating our Terms of Service
• Rooms containing inappropriate or illegal content
• Any room, at any time, for any reason, without prior notice

We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from room deletion. Users are encouraged to save important information shared through our service.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Content

All content on the website not generated by users, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create and share through our service. By sharing content, you grant other participants in your chat room a limited license to view and interact with that content.

If you are a resident of a jurisdiction that does not allow for such a waiver, this waiver will apply to the maximum extent permitted by law in your jurisdiction.
